How we maintain confidentiality?  All transcription work from one client is given to a dedicated transcriptionist. This increases accountability and reliability.  Secondly, steps have been taken to ensure data protection against theft. Computers that our transcriptionist work on are not connected to the Internet. All file transfers between the main computer and the transcriptionist are done manually by a Quality Checker.

Podcast typing work follows a strict 3 level process

Step 1: The audio podcast is typed and transcripted by a dedicated transcriptionist

Step 2: The unedited file is then sent to a proofreader who checks for Grammars, paragraph indentations and punctuations. Necessary correction are made where required

Step 3: Quality checker randomly checks the whole text word by word. Once the green signal is given, the text document is mailed to the client.
